I should start out by I was one of the biggest skeptics, when it comes to Realtors and the services they provide. After our experience with Waxhaw Realty, (Mike Wenger), I must say my attitude has changed. Mike helped my husband and I to sell our townhome in July 2014. As a “discount broker” there is nothing about his service that makes you feel as if you are receiving anything less than the best. Mike was well educated about market and at every turn went above and beyond the call of duty. He hosted open houses for us and even spent an entire Saturday at our home, when the HVAC broke the day after inspection and we were out of town. Mike found someone who could get the job done over the weekend and made sure everything was fixed appropriately, something we felt was outside the scope of a Realtor’s responsibilities.
